“Laura was very pleasant to deal with. She showed me many homes while in Columbia County and was very patient. I never felt pressured to put in offers in order to seal the deal. I was not familiar with the various neighborhoods, but she helped me gain insight to make good decisions. She was also very knowledgeable as a landlord and gave me some helpful ideas to manage my portfolio. I ended up buying a single-family home in Martinez but if I were to do it all over again, I'd probably consider using her for tenant placement right after closing.
